Wondering if instead of posting a link to a design blog I should just post it here as a thread. I've seen other people do that, but isn't it annoying when there's a wall of posts pushing everything away in your feed? 🤔

nostr:npub18gcrwqwmhysr7hkmuc04tkde3nmwm7wspq9qm732mhvxnlfy56tqhfv7cg Entirely depends on the client people are using! In the default web UI posting long threads can get very annoying, yes! My client of choice, nostr:npub1l5tgujhhn7pyxunuaxwklaune7ak8yvf8zg0slsr45fmkhrrhgeq37qq33, will collapse posts belonging to the same thread, so personally I don't mind. 🤷‍♂️ Worth noting that if you post stuff directly here, I'm able to boost the part(s) of your blog post that I particularly liked, not just the post as a whole.

Read: the maximum post length is defined by your instance, not Mastodon. I think there even is a WordPress plugin to automatically share your blog posts on Mastodon for you.
