Day 5 75 hard
Things I've learned this week.
1. The shoulder pain I've had for years is now almost gone. I believe the extra exercise and the water, water and more water are the reasons.
2. I am now waking up at 6 am and ready to get shit done!
3. I have a better attitude about my business and see growth in a slow market.
4. And, on a funny note. I've never peed this much in a day, ever!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
5. Looking forward to the next 70 days.
