It's incredibly fun to drive. Corners like a dream. And I do my best to stay around the speed limit, which is difficult. Would be nice if Tennessee had 80 mph speeds on the freeways and some 4 lane roads like they do out west. Then I could drive faaassstt!!

Day 5 75 hard

Things I've learned this week.

1. The shoulder pain I've had for years is now almost gone. I believe the extra exercise and the water, water and more water are the reasons.

2. I am now waking up at 6 am and ready to get shit done!

3. I have a better attitude about my business and see growth in a slow market.

4. And, on a funny note. I've never peed this much in a day, ever!!🤣🤣🤣🤣

5. Looking forward to the next 70 days.

Thanks Nicole. The hardest part is all the water. I've had to cut back the coffee to get all the water in. My second workout today will be moving straw into my garden via wheelbarrow, also on a hill.
