this is why things like keet.io and p2p are good as everyone becomes a server with no effort
Pure p2p has a lot of problems. A server is not for everybody, that's true. Like not everybody bakes their bread. We need the right amount of division of labour keep decentralisation.
people are solving pure p2ps problems, its going to take off
I hope so, but ultimately it depends on some responsibility of the user, and work(having a device always on).

there is plans to use holepunch with nostr, someone has already tried make a p2p relay with it https://github.com/Ruulul/hyper-nostr
