As a Florida native... Cat 4 is legit. Flooding is always an issue with any hurricane, but Cat 4 catches my attention.

Those are "we need to reinforce the windows and take real precautions" type winds.

Cat 5 is "get the hell out".

Agreed, however, the nhc models are always pointed at land this year, the UK and EU models have been less crazy
