I’ve heard people say that we never evolved to drink milk. They can believe whatever makes them happy but I’m a mammal.

Yeh I personally don’t like the taste of milk but I don’t think ever really had proper raw milk before.

"Humans not supposed to drink milk"

But we all suckled, that sweet breast milk.

Can’t wait to have raw milk at the ready.

Try moving to a low temp vat pasteurized non homogenized whole milks first to make it a easier transition.

I personally love drinking creamer.

I like cream but just plain milk is meh to me

We’re the only mammal who drinks milk into adulthood. We also stigmatize the milk from our own species. Humans have a completely weird relationship to milk imo.

What’s your opinion/thoughts should we drink milk into adulthood?

My train of thought hasn’t progressed beyond observing how weird the relationship humans have to milk. I don’t tend to think of what adults should do in general. To each their own. I personally quit liking milk as a young child. I think self weaning should be encouraged. Instead of the milk campaigns of the 90’s early 2000’s. Whenever that happened. Butter, ice cream, cheeses those are a little harder for me to give up.

I loved milk when I was young but when I turned like 5 years old I just started disliking the taste of it.

I do like the taste of cheese though.

My dog would leave me for my nephew in a heartbeat. She’s in love.

Hello Stu. Milk is delicious especially with nesquick! 🥳
