Can see a scenario where humanity basically branches into two species due to this.
I've read into this Lyn, it's an absolute possibility, but probably WAY down the line. It's certainly not for me though, for a number of (obvious) reasons🤷🏻♂️.
Thinking of raising kids in this kind of landscape (expecting our first child this November) I wonder if I’ll sound “old school” being a bit hesitant about plugging my brain into the cloud 😂

hard to imagine a human machine interface for this kind of tech that doesn't immediately become outdated. also how do we avoid hooking our brains into a centralized corporate machine? not going to install tech that likely becomes obsolete in months into my body to feed Musk's bank account, or anyone's. not insurmountable issues but seem to be big hurdles. I'd consider it if these could be solved.
