if i am not wrong, walking is the only "sport" that indeed increases your lifespan

- Walking/moving consistently

- Lifting heavy things

- Sleeping well

- Low chronic stress

- Good food

- Maintaining good body weight

- Fasting/calorie control

- Good relationships

- Healthy mindset

- A life purpose

That’s all you can do until they crack the longevity code

Don't forget the most important. A relationship with the creator of all things.
