Second day on Nostr and I haven't completely forgotten about it! Awesome. Must have been the painful process to enter it or maybe the fact I'm able to read so many interesting things without the clutter I have on twitter (or the zaps, or the porn in my global feed... but apparently I'm the only who gets that)

another thing I'm loving it's that it's super meta at this point: people on Nostr talking about Nostr to improve it and learn to use at its full potential!
Two steps to remove porn and spam from global:
1) Join paid relays
2) Remove free relays from global
How do I identify the paid ones? I forgot which ones I spam bought when first starting out on nostr 😬
What client is this screenshot from? Iris doesn't seem to give this option: just connect or disconnect from relays. I don't have any porn in global with default Iris free relays though. Interesting.

You can eliminate the porn/spam on global feed. Just join some paid relays and kick out the public relays from your global feed. On Damus just hit the icon at the right top once you are on global to choose from which relays you want it to be populated.
