I look to meditation as an effective way to charge the spirit. I can imagine how something like this would be beneficial for someone as they are still developing the discipline for it, but less so for someone more practiced.

I go back and forth, but I'd definitely benefit from meditating more these days.

It is a wonderful practice: sitting meditation is very useful, but it is by no means the end-all-be-all. I have seen far too many meditators attest to levels of peace and tranquility while they are alone sitting on a meditation cushion who were unable to sustain that state of presence once they got off the cushion and into mid-day traffic or when interacting with others.

Full agree. I also enjoy entering a meditative state while out running, or while practicing Zhan Zhuang. It's challenging but very rewarding!

Zen can be found in the zone. This is the way.
