I’m a huge fan of Phoenix wallet

We can still use it here in Canada

But I feel like Mutiny might be worth looking into

Is it fairly easy to setup and use for a non-technical fellow like myself?

If you're able to handle Phoenix, you'll be able to handke Mutiny.

Exactly, Mutiny is similar. I’m still trying to figure out to fedimint piece, but I like it and they are constantly shipping new features.
