Im trying to figure out what causes this profile to automatically be added to the block list as soon as I inspect the profile?
Where is this blacklisting stored? Couldn't find this npub in source on GitHub...

Just go to Security Filters and disable anti-spam from strangers. Or follow the person.
The filter exists because no one likes this:

Follow, you say? Profile gets blocked every time I open that profile
Disable the filter first. Every time you unblock it, the app receives the ton of spam in the video and blocks him again.
I'd love to keep the filter actually. I just need to see the contents of what's filtered, and make an exception if necessary
Currently I can't open the profile and I have no idea who else is banned
You can see the list of spammers in the security filters as well. You can disable, follow and reenable the filter.
