14th Amendment - Section 1 makes for an interesting debate.

Key word citizens. I'm sure people will either skip over it or forget about it when they continue to read "any person."

I think the semicolon is important as it gives examples or additions of said citizens.

It's common in writing to name and describe something and then shorten it as the story goes. Sort of like writing out "What the fuck" and shortening it to WTF.

Person is another way of saying U.S citizen.

That’s one way of interpreting it. Would be interesting to get a pull of the supreme court rulings doing the same.

Most of the people sent to El Salvador are Venezuelans and being held in a terrorist jail known for terrible conditions. They’re not El Salvadorans being sent back.
