It's not correct but there are still issues with Nutri-Score as an algorithm as it fails to consider a number of issues.

There are not different Nutri-Score results for the same aliments in different countries, it is an objective algorithm.

Well, if you look up different sources from different years you will get different results. I guess it also depends of the specific olive oil? Anyways the narrative they are painting is definitely malicious aimed at misinforming consumers.
