Man can obtain the means for satisfiying his desires through its own labor (economic means) and through the appropiation of others labor (political means).

The State is an organization of political means.

No State can come into being until economic means has created a definite number of objects for the satisfaction of needs, which objects may be taken away by warlike robbery.

The State was never created by "social contract"; it has always been born in conquest and exploitation.
