They✡️ tricked the whole world, now they're lapping up the spoils of a gutted culture.

I have also seen this. Anytime the subject of history comes up around Germans (who are the most amazing people btw), you can see the life get sucked out of their faces. They've been SO deeply indoctrinated to hate feel horrible about themselves and their history. It's heartbreaking, and once you learn the truth about said history, absolutely infuriating.

I think Gaza changed a lot of attitudes towards Israel. People aren't as willing to support a country that is so willing to raise an entire city with so little remorse.

Israel has been this ruthless for years but media control has slipped, and the world today is filled with people who had nothing to do with the events of WW2 and won’t be blamed for them (regardless of how real or fictional any of them are)
