Early start again at the fiat mine. These early stats swing round to quickly.

Yesterday wasn't a good day in my headspace. Far too much goong on in there.

But i made the decision to get at least one task done and it helped lift my spirits.

Remember, when life seems too overwhelming, pick one thing to do. It helps re-establish the feeling that you can take back some power over your life.

Today isnt great. But it's better than yesterday. So keep grinding.
