Ive been doing consulting work for a few years now and I have the perspective of having spent the last 4 halloweens in different areas of Colorado.

I think the older neighborhoods that do have younger kids/new homes just travel to the newer neighborhoods where all the kids go.

Also, my youngest is 13 and he wanted to be driven to a specific neighborhood.

-Anyway, id just opt out next year if thats the case. Maybe have a few things on hand just in case, but thieving teens? Pass.
