When looking for reliable second source like c't magazine, or other relyable journals, it is unplausible that the story is true.

When it is true, the law or political speeches regarding this can be cited as proof.

I thought it is important to mark this note, since it gets a lot of interaction, while most probably being a malicious production. Very likely people are afraid for believing in such false claims.
