I totes went into the conference with a bad attitude and came out pleasantly surprised. I think the ordinals shit is noise, but you guys are selling a product to a wide audience and you can't pick winners and losers. Aside from that, you guys very clearly took feedback to heart last year and improved on every critique, from stage size to schedule overlap to ditching all of the waste and excess (I'm looking at you, Hannibal)... Everything was better. The atmosphere was better because it didn't feel like a bunch of giant empty rooms. I came in expecting it to be my last. I left with a ticket to Nashville.
Forgive and remember..
My unpopular opinion is you all should try to get as big as possible. Allow some shitcoin/bitcoin hybrid companies and speakers. Cast a super wide net just keep it branded as a Bitcoin conference and make sure Bitcoin companies out number the rest.

Yeah, so keep allowing them and don’t let people talk you out of it. Get all their sponsorship money and use it to keep spreading bitcoin adoption is basically my point. If the ratio is good, bitcoin will drown out whatever shitcoin element is present and some shitcoiners might see the light. Essentially it’s what you all do but it seems some Bitcoiners are getting unreasonable with their expectations.
I think both sides are right and both sides are wrong. No one wants to be in the middle. The middle is where most people sit.
No one ever admits fault publicly because they have their image and followers.
FWIW Greg did back down mostly and apologized.
I think David Bailey also someone did. But his comments about having balls to put the wizards up there… yes that is true. I just don’t get why anyone continues to respond to Udi or give him airtime. Every speaking engagement, response, etc. he is winning.
And quite honestly… he’s a smart dude and at this point is just trolling all the idiots on the BTC maxi side.
