And despite not being convicted of a crime he should lose residency in the country and the right to live with his wife and child because he lead a protest?!
If it were up to me I wouldn't deport him.
I wouldn't want him to be the rallying cry for the leftists & I wouldn't want to make him famous.
But to be honest, if you're gonna be a green card holder you should be smarter if you actually didn't want this to be a potential outcome.
