I thought this was a great talk, thanks for hosting these discussions!
It reminds me of some Vinay Gupta discussions on Youtube from back in the early days of Bitcoin... Highlighting the question of "who owns Bitcoin?", or perhaps more accurately, "who's *responsible* for Bitcoin?"
There is an interesting contradiction between the "hard" anarcho-capitalism and individualism of Bitcoin as a protocol, with the much squishier, communitarian, almost "PBS-like" model of Bitcoin as an open-source project.
I mean, it's worked so far, so I'm not complaining... But we all need to be conscious that *someone* has to pay to keep the lights on here.
