Idk for sure, gonna keep watching. But I never seem to be connected to all relays in the list. Bottom of the list, lots of errors, no downloads, sometimes no uploads.
Https://nostr.watch has uptime data you can check against.
I’ve got the npub of all the paid relay operators listed on https://relay.exchange - worth reaching out to them if things aren’t working properly.
