Hmmm, interesting. He sent on chain for sure, years ago. I am not aware of a LN transaction.
It also would have likely been fully online on both sides, where as HAMSTR is offline on one side.

This was what I had read about. There's a bunch of radio talk in the linked Twitter thread that I don't understand but you probably will. One immediately special thing I notice about your send, was zero coordination. You totally took me by surprise! I'm glad I happened to be scrolling aimlessly at that moment. I saw the incoming notification from Minibits but no Nostr notification so I had to check it out. The attached message was perfect! I was shocked & impressed.
