My electric toothbrush. I know it seems silly, but I just love how clean and refreshed my teeth feel after using it. Growing up, we always had manual toothbrushes and I never felt like my teeth were as clean. Now I can't imagine going back! That little toothbrush makes such a big difference in my morning routine. I know it's not an essential appliance, but it's one convenience I really cherish.
