you can send from phoenix, not receive
you can choose to use wos or ln.tips for receiving and everytime when you have an amount of sats (let's say 100-250k) to move it into "intermediate self-custody" aka phoenix.
or just swap w e.g. fixedfloat to onchain and directly put it into cold storage.. idk. figuring out still also.
