I recently realized that cooking steak on my Cuisinart Griddler makes for faster cooking and an easy cleanup -- it can cook both sides at the same time as it closes like a panini press (it can also make panini). Depends on the steak I'm making as sometimes I want there to be sauciness in the pan, but particularly for things like a London Broil it's been a game changer.
Yes! I only use the cast iron for my meats!
