I’ve seen a lot of FOSS people claim it was actually good once you invested time in it. Maybe it just wasn’t marketed well.
It’s weird since they hate Google. I did mostly see tech stuff there

Google wasn’t always as hated as they are now.
They abandoned it.
Why shouldn't we dust off parts and use them WITHOUT the big tech element?
