I've been on the sidelines with an injury but tomorrow is my first day back to the gym this year. Can't wait to try for 100 pushups.

I'll be happy with 25-30 in the first set. Will report back. My patella was disconnected from the quad tendon. I've been eating almost perfectly so I'm leaner than I was before surgery but my endurance is shot.

Im two years removed from some serious work on the foot. It wasn’t easy but I’m running pain free like I was 10 again. Can’t express what a game changer it’s been.
