I'll be happy with 25-30 in the first set. Will report back. My patella was disconnected from the quad tendon. I've been eating almost perfectly so I'm leaner than I was before surgery but my endurance is shot.
Im two years removed from some serious work on the foot. It wasn’t easy but I’m running pain free like I was 10 again. Can’t express what a game changer it’s been.
