Ok, usually it means stick to your area of expertise, but I don't think the treatment of parents of obese kids is anyone's private purview.
Generally the phrase is used as a lazy way to shutdown unwanted opinions. It is an appeal to an unknown authority. I'd rather see a good argument refuting the idea. "Not your business" is a decent start.
This assumes all kids have the same genetics. That kid looks tired, the parents should make bedtime earlier. They’re bad parents cause they let their kids stay up. It’s silly. Stay out of other people’s business. If they’re trying to be good parents but aren’t doing great who are you to tell them how to do it. Fuck off.
Public shame is not getting in anyone's business. What would be an acceptable reason for an obese child besides rare disease or genetic.

What kind of meat? Was it cooked in butter or oil, or did you use tallow. Was it whole grain rice or short grain. Did you wash it? Were the green beans organic or were pesticides used to produce them? Were the mangos really mangos?
