I have recently returned to doing somatic yoga in the evenings, I highly recommend it. It is basically laying on the floor or sitting and feeling how sore the muscles feel combined with some gentle movement. If you workout out hard it is the perfect relaxing counterpart.

It so relaxing and I find my mobility improves more than with regular yoga.
It seems to really help with nagging injuries I have accumulated over the years.
