now do this with a half marathon (21km) 😆

Ahh hell naw I’ll stick with an 1mile or an 800 meter dash

If you want to do incline walking, follow this:

3 mph

10% incline

30 minutes

Less strain on your knees

Next time I do cardio in the workout I’ll try this one out 🤝
