Does COPA have a team of Patent lawyers actively working to challenge and strike down Faketoshi’s fraudulent Patent applications and reverse the incorrectly granted ones? So many questions…

COPA is represented by Bird & Bird in lawsuit against Craig Wright. Case going well from what I understand. There are limits on what evidence UK courts will consider but truth will come out as the case works its way through. The lawsuit pushes on Craig Wright’s fundamental claim that he’s Satoshi as the main claim of the lawsuit because it’s a copyright case about whether he authored the white paper.

This is not about “transparency”. No one (especially judges) reads Mailman mailing lists; the courts don’t exist in the developers RTFM world; they’re not reading Arthur Van Pelt’s threads on the other place.
Yes, transparency may be the missing link. COPA is a shield to protect those who BUIDL open source technology. It is helping remove the illusion that developers have to walk through legal battles alone. In protecting developers, COPA is also helping protect Satoshi's work and memory. It is helping preserve freedom technology for present and future generations.
Today, these battles are to protect bitcoin development. Tomorrow, they may be about shielding those working on #nostr or any other technology empowering and freeing people across the globe...

B&B are doing a woefully inadequate job of promoting and executing the case. That’s clear by the information vacuum that Faketoshi’s team was filling with PR. Actual legal PR firms were retained to make sure the public knew everything about his side.
B&B is no way near aggressive enough; and is not thinking globally, strategically or with an aim to discredit, destroy, humiliate and ruin Faketoshi.
