For what it’s worth (hormonal issues are different, obvs) I’m in roughly the same boat. To bed at 9ish pm and up by 4am (typically the latest). I’ve tried pushing bedtime back and then I keep waking up early and am zonked. So, I’ve tried to settle into it as my new cycle/ritual. I make 4-6am ā€œmy timeā€, which is typically where I workout and, occasionally, get some work/planning done. Then the rest of the day is cat has catch can. Not sure if any of that is helpful. I guess it’s a sign of getting older ? I meditate and chant and pray for about 60-90 minutes every morning - it’s just so early instead of 5-6:30 I have been tuning in more which is nice. Feeling more safe and connected to God and all of my guides and angels. Pretty awesome
