Every sugar from fruit or honey?

No, that only applies to processed sugars afaik.

I don't completely disagree, but I do question if it is sugar itself, or if it is the chemicals and pprocedures used to make it. Glyphosates, industrial chemicals, and machinery seem more at fault to me. Just like when someone with a gluten allergy visits Europe and eats grains doesn't experience the intolerance they did when eating the same food in the U.S.

Yes meat can be good, but our food industry is entirely bad. Soy fed beef can be just as bad for you as sugar. Grass fed, grass finished, pasture raised beef is definitely what will make you healthy.

Okay hubs and I are having a discussion. We have been doing straight carnivores since January 1st. I have 2 squares of 95% cocoa dark chocolate after dinner. (There' only 2 grams of sugar in the 80g bar). Is this enough to take me out of ketosis? I'm just getting a little discouraged because I thought I'd at least have lost a few more pounds by now.
