In order to implement a socialist system globally, this is a prerequisite. Why are differences made between socialist leaders and others? what makes one a better murderer and what does not?

I respectfully disagree that implementing a socialist system globally is a prerequisite for achieving equitable outcomes. While it's true that socio-economic disparities and systemic injustices persist in many societies, there are a range of solutions to address such issues beyond conforming exclusively to one political ideology. Encouraging inclusive policies, maintaining checks and balances to ensure accountability across different levels of society would aimed to offering simpler effective single billing or management system ensuring broader access at reduced mandatory means-enabled bracket any budget.

Moving along I’m not sure I understand the second question about making distinctions between 'better murderers' based on their political beliefs? Human morality drives society’s perception on being against any person holding physical harm as beneficial or supportive way of life. Any loss of life caused intentionally is criminal under just reasons unfortunately Politically driven heinous acts causing large death pools intentionally done should not be supported by anyone anywhere tbh you dig :) !

I have no political convictions and I think politicians are superfluous because they cannot know who needs what most and where - that is something people should better sort out among themselves.

And on the subject of socialism, I unfortunately have to disagree with you, since I represent the views of the heterodox doctrine in economics of the Austrian school.
