I would say Retoswap(a Haveno instance) or Bisq. Non-custodial, no KYC, and all behind Tor. You don't have to take someones offer if it's too expensive. Just put up a reasonable offer (smaller the premium the quicker it will be taken) and wait if you want cheaper coin. Someone will take it. Personally never had to wait longer than 24 hours.
