I expect clients to be validating the results sent back by relays. If not now, they will start doing it eventually because this is what we need for a decentralised protocol. Everyone taking responsibility for doing the best they can to prevent bad actors from making nostr seem broken.

We can't rely on "good actors", we need free movement of data and responsible systems providing control based on our preferences.
