Most people saw the new evil dead movie, Evil Dead Rise, and talked about the gore and kills.

Meanwhile, I’m sitting here processing it’s message:

As a parent, you can’t always protect your children - sometimes their safety isn’t within your control, and there’s nothing you can do to shield them. There are powers in our universe much greater than ourselves, and sometimes we are at their mercy entirely.
