i was watching Man on the Run on netflix and how jho low also warmed his way to leo dicaprio, had a weekend with paris hilton, paid britney spears 1million - that and he charmed a former prime minister and swindled 5 billion sovereign funds, bridged 2 major sovereign funds economy on a phony deals. he is perhaps quite a charmer. If I am not mistaken Miranda returned back the gifts that were given to her. I don't know Miranda and Evan but they seem very happy, and I wish the best for them. And ouch, I've had my modeling days lol, and I know many nice ones. And I'm sure like all people there are good, kind people and bad people regardless if they are nerds, models, famous, unknown etc.
The fact is, money impresses a LOT of people — even the illusion of having a lot of money.
It can buy a lot of influence and “friends” but they’re just hanger-ons and users.
I’m sure she’s a perfectly nice person, but there’s no way she would’ve ever gone out with him if he didn’t have money or the illusion of wealth.
He bought her a lot of gifts and wooed her with money.
In my view, he bought her affection.
I remember hearing about him when that broke.
None of the people he partied with were his true friends and neither were the beautiful women.
I think it’s sad.
And agree, there are good, kind people and bad people in all sorts of professions and types of people but Models & Wealthy, Famous & “VIPs” men — that is a combo that ALWAYS happens!
Do you really think a hot 20-30something girl would go out with a man who is significantly older than her and not physically attractive if he didn’t have money/status/wealth/famous?
Usually, it’s a symbiotic relationship. The hot girl knows it’s her physical attractiveness that is her biggest asset that will reel in the wealthy men.
And one of the reasons why men want money, power and status is so that they can access beautiful women.
I view it as a shallow transaction.
