I’m glutton for punishment. No really, I tried, the tiller broke 😂. A back hoe for the tractor would work. But I also don’t like mixing all the layers. I scrape off the first few inches and sift, set that aside then dig up the rocks, loosen the soil to about 16 inches. Add the sifted top soil back on top.
