no. wrote my own little script that starts monerod, p2pool and xmrig.

but even if i start everything individually it looks good without errors. hm.

not impossible that i have just been extremely unlucky so far. effort would be around 200% so far.

Oh so you're way more technical capable than me.

Could be that you're just unlucky. I once in a while also have an effort above 200% before a share gets found

alright it finally works.

i am still not sure what was the problem but launching all three applications separately did the trick.
