As daily driver or when you get COVID acutely?

Article talks about persistent viral infection in the heart. If you are no longer sick but want to make sure the heart is cleared up, what should one do?
Quercetin: 2 capsules daily
Zinc: One of them with Quercetin (don’t forget to eat with it, hard on stomach!)
Nattokinase: 1 capsule before bedtime (don’t eat in a 2 hour window around it)
For at least four weeks also add NAC or Glynac with 600mg dose (ideally split in 3x 200mg a day.
VitaminD3/K2: 5000iu

For maintenance lower to:
Quercetin: 3x per week or 1x per day, but then do take a week break for every 3 weeks
Zinc: As needed
Nattokinase: 3x per week (but be careful, Nattokinase thins your blood)
NAC/Glynac: 200mg per day
VitaminD3/K2: 2000iu-5000iu
If you ever feel sick, up the ‚dose‘ immediate again. Especially zinc and vitd to 5000iu.
