When you wake up, keep your phone in airplane mode.
Go outside, do some light movement, & sit in silence for 15-20 minutes.
Connect to your breath. Allow your mind to slow down. Allow ideas to flow to you. Express gratitude for a few things in your life.
Then, if you must, go on your phone, and build some cool stuff that makes the world a better place.

Day 3, so easy now, having aeroplane mode still on from the night before is key
Yes 100%. I like sleeping with the phone in a separate room as well. The first 40 days are the hardest. Keep up the good work.
