a pack of salmon. a block of goat butter and feta cheese. a steak. I would also eat jerky if I could find one with no spices. goat cheese. blueberries. boiled eggs with any of the above. clean prochuto pack. hydrolyzed bone broth to make on the go with hot water and real salt plus maybe some gelatin collagen for added protein.
