open the profile of a person, you can see his posts, follows, followers, and after that on the right you can see the relays he added. Let me know if you find it ;)
I’m running eight with no issues. Low latency and all “green” connections is probably a bigger factor.
it is good to run in more relays if you are interested in having the maximum diffusion of your messages, really with publishing in 5 relays you make sure that your messages are decentralized and saved in a good number of relays.
you can also check nostr.watch for a list of them 🦩
