Damn! Well written. Does this kind of complaint typically produce results? I’m not familiar with your system but what do you expect to happen now?

I had some help from Beethoven. A few years ago you'd have to read the social law books and study law (or hire a lawyer) to formulate this kind or response.

We have to see. They now have two weeks to reply to this. If they refuse to pay the next step would be handing the complaint to the social courts.
