Strike is more like Wallet of Satoshi. It's custodial. Think of it like Cash App with WoS built in to it

Yes, sorry. Not similar in the non-custodial sense to Muun, just that it doesn’t distinguish between on-chain and LN really.

Got it. So you can just send and receive zaps using your strike username and any bitcoin balance you have in your strike wallet?

Yes. Although when I try to send less than 1000 sats to my Phoenix wallet it says that there is a 1k sat minimum to withdraw, so not sure about zapping with it.
