If you truly can't build your whole stack no KYC, at least have a small bag of no KYC coins

Suppose govt makes BTC illegal, like they did with gold, they know exactly what you got via exchanges.

This is why we no KYC

Except for me, if anyone is watching, my stack is definitely pure KYC, pinky swear

Good luck getting it 🤡🌍

They can get our bodies, they don't need the coins, they already gonna get all the coinz via ETF and clownbase

Good luck to that. I’ll enjoy the court case on that

I think the risk of jail is highly over exaggerated at this point. In that scenario you just gotta be outta dodge.

Why does kyc really matter? Someone asks you lost them. Because its intellectual property it cannot be stolen or proven.

It matters because laws on paper don't mean shit, courts will not save you, it's better to use stealth than legal crap

The incentive structure insures that bitcoin doesn't need laws. Big money is going to hop on the train, not frivolously flail trying to suppress the inevitable.

The "boat accident" thing is a myth, or a meme of you prefer. Tax authorities don't give a fuck and if they say you owe them, you owe them.

1.Don't pay the tax

2.get paid in btc for work

3. If those two fail then leave and go learn some Spanish.

Any way you put it your fine. Also, although it likely will not be the case in the US, I think most countries will see the writing on the wall before they get too hysterical.

good tip

Withdraw and send are identical.

They can’t enforce KYC laws through tyranny here in the United States. Too many of us, not enough of them.

Come and take it, fed bois.

It’s a big world, they can’t regulate all of it, outside the US, no one gives a shit about controlling btc atm, many counties don’t even have the capability to do so

Before I lost my private key in a #boatingaccident, the only KYC BTC I purchased was from two separate exchanges, both of which have since gone into liquidation.

I do not own my sats. I can control some bitcoin but I do not own the keys.

Therfore, I do not own any bitcoin for the government to be worried about.

Very similar to the shares Elon did but didn't put up to buy twitter. 😎

I fucked up. Had some clean Bitcoin but was keeping clean and KYC in different addresses in the same HWW and once accidentally combined the wrong UTXOs in sparrow wallet. The wallet chose those UTXOs on it's own and I didn't notice and correct it. So now the whole stack is no longer clean because it's associated with the KYC stack from that one transaction that I sent to my kids.

This is where the monero boys make good points about how ez it is to fuck up Bitcoin privacy

Is it still an issue if you’re always using unique addresses, and only after coinjoin?

We also need to embrace the legalization and full embrace of the right to hold and use bitcoin. Right to privacy, sure, but many of us are non-digital tech and the KYC bitcoin UX is already tough enough.

The chance of “our government” not allowing us to own and manage our own property (protected by the constitution) without their oversight is unacceptable. It is worth fighting the system, even as simply as using the existing system (SCOTUS).

Good news is many states are starting to see this…and will check federal bureaucratic overreach (ex: WV vs. EPA). Furthermore, the federal government will not be able to afford proactive enforcement once bitcoin brings competition to the dollar in earnest. Fiat behaviors and activities get demolished.

BTC is savings, XMR is checking.

1 KYC BTC does not equal 1 non KYC BTC
